This was our attempt to be creative last weekend...instead of classing it up with Mimosas or Bellinis we took a different route. That's how we came up with--Bandre Punch. It's like a poor man's Bellini I guess you can call it. And if you are on the cheap for the weekend
(and not in the mood to purchase Chambord) this is a great
little gem to cheers to. We came up with the name Bandre Punch because it's made with Andre and Berry Punch (
delicious by itself might I add), so put the name kind of fell into place.
What's it like? It's not as acidic as a Mimosa or as glamorous as a Bellini. But it is lightly sweet and pink and pretty to look at.
To take part in all the fun, follow these easy steps:
Fill champagne glass with Andre and add Minute Maid Berry Punch like you would add orange juice for a Mimosa.
Pretty in Pink...
