Here's what you need and what you need to do:
- Cooked tri colored rotini pasta (we used half a 16 ounce box)
- For the hearty and healthy ingredients, add as much as you want because it's veggies, veggies veggies!!!
- chopped raw broccoli
- diced raw carrots
- diced cucumber
- diced green pepper
- spanish olives with pimientos
- For the dressing, use as much as you want. We went very light on the dressing because we wanted a fresh and light tasting salad.
- lime infused olive oil
- white balsamic viniagrette
- a squirt of lime juice
- whole black peppercorn, crushed (Add to taste)
- sea salt (add to taste)
- thyme (add to taste)
- MIX! and put in the fridge for several hours so it gets nice and cold...allowing flavors to blend nicely too
